At time of reservation the following is due:

$500 Security Deposit – Refunded following event assuming no additional costs incurred

1⁄2 Rental Fee – Refundable until 90 days prior to your event
- Signed Contract
- 2.5% discount off venue fee available for those paying with cash or check
- Final payment due 2 weeks prior to your event
- 12 AM is latest event end time
- Saturday Rentals may be subject to bar minimum
- Friday Rentals may be subject to bar minimum
- Holiday pricing may vary
